Terms of sale
1. Identity of the Supplier
The company supplying the items offered for sale on the website www.trefaggisaffron.com is "AGRICOLA CREMASCHI" owned by Cremaschi Alessandro, with registered office in con sede legale in Via S.Maria snc – frazione Gerosa, 24012 VAL BREMBILLA (BG), VAT and tax identification no. IT03962130161. Telephone: +39 338 4508105.
2. Characteristics of goods
The characteristics of the goods, including the sale price, are stated in the online catalogue and are visible at all times during the compilation of the order prior to the conclusion of the contract. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
3. Duration and validity of offer
The conditions of sale for each item are those listed and visible online on our website during the compilation phase of the order prior to the conclusion of purchase. AGRICOLA CREMASCHI reserves the right to update the conditions and sale prices at any time and without prior notice. All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
4. Order processing
The order transmitted, which will be considered binding and irrevocable for the customer from the time of its transmission to AGRICOLA CREMASCHI, will be binding for AGRICOLA CREMASCHI only from the time in which the Customer receives the order confirmation via email.
When the order has been processed, a regular invoice or receipt will be issued and attached to the purchased products.
In case of advance payment by bank transfer, customers should kindly send details of the transaction (CRO number and date of transaction) via email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) within 48 hours of the order (excluding holidays).If details are not received within this time, the order will be cancelled. It is understood that the order will be processed only prior approval by order confirmation and upon receipt of payment.
5. Payment methods
Forms of payment accepted are:
- Advance payment by bank transfer.
- Credit card.
- PostePay credit card
- Cash on delivery for orders which do not exceed a total value of € 300.00 (only for Italy).
6. Delivery methods
AGRICOLA CREMASCHI delivers its products through specialist couriers. Generally, shipping costs are paid by the Customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order placement. Depending upon the destination of the goods, deliveries will be made over a period of time varying from 24 hours to 4 days, excluding circumstances beyond our control. Upon receipt of goods, the Customer is asked to inspect the package carefully; if the Customer has any doubt that goods have been tampered with, this should be indicated on the delivery receipt. 7. Right of withdrawal
In reference to Legislative Decree no. 185 dated May 22nd 1999 and in implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, if applicable, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to "AGRICOLA CREMASCHI, Via S.Maria snc – frazione Gerosa, 24012 VAL BREMBILLA (BG)"; such notice may also be forwarded by fax or email, on condition that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours. The reason is of no importance; however, an indication of the causes for the request of withdrawal would help us to improve our service and to evaluate any errors of product selection or mode of transport.
Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer or other method indicated in the letter of withdrawal, and will be processed as quickly as possible, in any event no later than 30 days from the time in which the intention to withdraw from the purchase was made known.
Goods must not have been opened, must be in the original packaging, complete in all parts and should not show any evidence of being tampered with. Under no circumstances will cash on delivery on returned goods be accepted. Postage costs for returned goods will be charged to the customer.
AGRICOLA CREMASCHI cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to goods during return shipment. Should the company receive the returned goods damaged or tampered with, the purchase price will not be refunded.
Furthermore, regulations on the right of withdrawal do not apply when the purchaser is a trader or retailer or a non-consumer under the above regulations.

9. Product warranty
Without prejudice to any special regulations applicable to the customer consumer under the Consumer Code, in the event that the product presents a lack of conformity such as to impair the quality that can reasonably be expected, the customer must report the defect within 8 days of its discovery and return the respective packaging and container together with any amount of product remaining to AGRICOLA CREMASCHI within the same period. If the complaint is well founded, AGRICOLA CREMASCHI will send a replacement product. Should the product be found to be unavailable, a refund will be sent to the bank account indicated by the customer. Any claims for further damages, whether direct or indirect, are expressly excluded.
10.Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any disputes which may arise, without prejudice to any special regulations applicable to the customer consumer under the Consumer Code, shall be governed by the Italian law and the Court of Bergamo shall have the sole jurisdiction with the exclusion of the UN Vienna Convention of 1980.
